Tasting notes

Light ruby. Aromas of sour cherry, raspberry, dried herbs and a touch of forest floor. The palate is light to medium-bodied and silky, with fine tannins, fresh acidity and a gently earthy finish.

About this wine

Le Photographe is the Minkovi Brothers series with labels inspired by photography. Pinot Noir is the world's most capricious red grape: pale colour, fine tannins and an aroma that reveals every mistake in the cellar.

The 2019 has developed notes of sour cherry, raspberry, dried herbs and a light forest-floor nuance, with a silky, elegant texture. A finely judged Bulgarian Pinot from one of the country's oldest wineries, founded in Karnobat in 1875.

Serve lightly chilled at 14–16 °C with duck, mushroom dishes or mature cheese.
