About this wine

Piper-Heidsieck traces its roots to 1785, when Florens-Louis Heidsieck founded his Champagne house in Reims. Its rosé, Rosé Sauvage, is one of the boldest in the region, known for its deep colour and intense character.

The blend is dominated by Pinot Noir and Meunier, with a small share of Chardonnay, and gains its striking hue from a generous addition of red wine made from Pinot Noir. The result is a powerful, gastronomic rosé that stands up to flavourful dishes.
