Tasting notes

Ruby red with garnet hints. Rich aromas of red-fruit compote, cherry and plum, with light oak, vanilla and sweet spice. Dry, full and well balanced on the palate, with smooth tannins and a persistent finish.

About this wine

Marqués de Sorní Reserva 2019 is a red cuvée from Cariñena, in north-eastern Spain, awarded gold at the Berlin Wine Trophy.

The wine spent a long time maturing in barrel and in bottle, gaining depth and elegance. It shows rich aromas of red-fruit compote, a touch of oak and sweet spice, and is now in its ideal drinking window while still able to age for years.

Excellent value for roasts and cured meats.
