Tasting notes

Pale gold and very brilliant. Aromas of acacia honey, pear, white fruit and fresh citrus. Chalky minerality, spicy structure from Pinot Noir and a velvety touch from Meunier lead to a saline, taut finish.

About this wine

Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte was founded in 1976 in Chouilly, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, five minutes from Épernay. The house works as a cooperative, bringing together the grapes of around 5,000 growers in a consistent, elegant style.

This Extra Brut version of Réserve Exclusive is blended exclusively from Premier Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, the Coteaux d'Épernay and the Montagne de Reims, in equal thirds of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.

The low dosage lets the purity of the fruit and the chalky minerality of these sites speak clearly.
