Weingut Sohns is a family estate in Geisenheim, in the heart of the Rheingau, led by winemaker Pascal Sohns and rated three stars by both Vinum and Falstaff. Its Handwerk line celebrates careful, artisanal work, and the grapes come from organic farming.

This dry Riesling 2025 opens with citrus, apple and peach, then turns juicy and direct on the palate with yellow fruit, floral notes, fresh acidity and a mineral finish. It has 12.5% alcohol and won a gold medal at the Berlin Wine Trophy.
