About this wine

Odessos Sauvignon Blanc Venchan comes from a single vineyard near the village of Venchan, in the municipality of Provadia in north-eastern Bulgaria.

The grapes are hand-picked into small crates and chilled in a cold room, then hand-sorted, crushed and gently pressed at low pressure. Only the purest must is cold-clarified and fermented, and the wine rests for three months on its fine lees.

The result is a crisp, aromatic white from the 2021 vintage. Serve at 8–10 °C.
