Tasting notes

Bright pale gold. Intensely floral with rose and fruit blossom, apricot and grapefruit. Fresh body, pronounced fruit on the palate and a long, aromatic aftertaste.

About this wine

Downtown Urban Winery sits in the heart of Sliven, in the old Klutsohor quarter, and works with minimal intervention. Its 20 ha of vineyards are near the village of Nikolaevo.

This Tamianka is sparkling pale gold, with an intense, complex nose dominated by rose and fruit blossom, plus apricot and grapefruit. The palate is fresh with a pronounced fruity profile and a long finish. Serve at 8–10 °C.
