Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow with a fresh, fine and persistent bead. The bouquet is fruity and floral, with Williams pear, green apple, acacia blossom and a hint of citrus. The palate is light and clean, with gentle softness from the Extra Dry dosage and a crisp finish on white fruit.

About this wine

Ferro 13 is the project of four friends with a passion for digital technology and innovation, who treat wine as a way of talking to contemporary culture.

The One is the leader of the range: a millesimato Prosecco from the heart of the Marca Trevigiana, made entirely from Glera. The grapes are picked in several passes between September and October, and the second fermentation is slow and long, carried out with indigenous yeasts to refine the bead and preserve freshness.

Finished Extra Dry, it is rounder than a Brut but still ends dry, which is what makes it comfortable both before and during a meal.
