Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow with a fine, persistent bead. The nose is clean and floral, with white flowers, green apple and pear over a light citrus lift. The palate is fresh and easy, the fruit framed by brisk acidity, closing dry and gently almondy in the classic Valdobbiadene manner.

About this wine

Andreola is a family winery at Farra di Soligo, in the heart of the Valdobbiadene hills, founded in 1984 by Nazzareno Pola. The estate farms steep terraced parcels across the denomination, where the slopes are too sharp for machinery and the harvest is carried in by hand.

26° Primo is bottled as Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore from Glera, vinified in stainless steel with a second fermentation by the Charmat method that preserves the grape's floral lift. Presented in a three-litre Jeroboam, it is built for large celebrations and long tables.
