About this wine

Villa Marcello is the Prosecco of the Mazzei family, produced in the province of Treviso in the Veneto. This Brut Millesimato comes from a single vintage and blends Glera with Pinot Bianco.

The base wine ferments at a controlled 14 °C and rests for at least four months on its lees in stainless steel. The second fermentation then takes place over 60 days in large pressurised tanks with selected yeasts, a long Charmat process that refines the bubbles.

Crisp and fruity, with citrus, apple and peach, it is an elegant Prosecco for aperitifs and light dishes.
