Deep golden. Honey, dried apricot and ripe orchard fruit with a hint of toast. Full and rounded on the palate, with a mature, layered texture and a long finish.

Chateau Burgozone stands on the bank of the Danube near Oryahovo – the only Bulgarian estate whose vineyards slope straight down to the river.

IRIS Creation is its white blend from the 2018 vintage, already a few years old, which is rare for a white at this level. Maturity brings honey, dried fruit and a fuller texture. Serve at 10–12 °C.
