Tasting notes

Bright straw yellow. A fine, fresh nose of lemon balm and grapefruit with delicate white flowers. The palate is clean, full and well balanced, with lively acidity and a crisp, citrusy finish.

About this wine

The Collavini family has been making wine since 1896, and today the winery is based in Corno di Rosazzo, in a 16th-century villa in Friuli.

Benedete belongs to the I Poderi collection and presents Ribolla Gialla, the most emblematic white grape of the region, in a pure and fresh style. The grapes spend 18 hours in contact with their skins, then fermentation and ageing take place entirely in stainless steel to protect the variety's delicate aromas.

A crisp, elegant white that captures the character of Friuli in every glass.
