Tasting notes

Bright gold with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose shows ripe peach, white blossom and citrus over notes of toasted bread. The palate is rich and creamy, with ripe fruit, vanilla and almond, balanced by fresh acidity and leading to a long, elegant finish.

About this wine

Armand de Brignac, the Champagne known as the "Ace of Spades", is produced by the Cattier family in Chigny-les-Roses on the Montagne de Reims. Each bottle is metallised gold and finished by hand with its pewter ace-of-spades emblem.

Brut Gold is the house's flagship cuvée, a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier drawn from three different vintages to combine depth, richness and consistency of style.
