Tasting notes

Straw yellow and naturally hazy. Floral and lightly aromatic on the nose, with elderflower and mountain flowers, then golden apple, pear, apricot and peach. Juicy and fresh on the palate, with a light tropical note and a dry finish.

About this wine

Zero Infinito is Pojer e Sandri's organic sparkling white, made from Solaris, a disease-resistant (PIWI) grape grown at Maso Rella in the upper Cembra valley, at 800–900 metres. Because the variety needs no fungicide sprays, the estate calls it a "zero chemical impact" wine.

It is made by the ancestral method: the wine finishes fermenting in the bottle and is sold "col fondo", with its natural lees, without commercial yeasts, fining or added sulphur dioxide. Turn the bottle gently before opening for a hazy glass, or let it settle for a clearer one.
