Bitter "Rouge White" - Compagnia dei Caraibi [1 L]

Bitter Rouge White is the white version of Bitter Rouge, the bitter first made by the Baracco winery and liqueur house in Turin and now produced by Compagnia dei Caraibi. Like all the Rouge liqueurs, it is made by infusion only, with the herbs handled gently.

It draws on flavours and spices from the African coast and Central and South America, blended with Turin's liqueur-making tradition. It is made for mixing but can also be enjoyed neat.
