Tasting notes

Pale salmon pink with an exquisite, lively bead. Red berries and citrus zest on the nose, with a floral, refreshing lift. The palate is creamy, with wild strawberry and a light raspberry finish.

About this wine

The Brut Rosé was created in 1970 by Jean Roland-Billecart and has become the signature wine of Billecart-Salmon, the family house founded in 1818 in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ.

Chardonnay from top crus, Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and Pinot Meunier from the Marne Valley are blended, with a touch of Pinot Noir vinified as red wine for colour. Fermentation is slow and cool in stainless steel, preserving the wine's finesse.

In the impressive jeroboam format, this celebrated rosé becomes the centrepiece of any grand party.
