5VE is a blend from Chateau Copsa, the estate in Bulgaria's Rose Valley. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah together give structure, aromatic lift and a peppery note that none of them achieves alone.

The style is full and oaky, made for food rather than for the aperitif: dark berries, spice and toasty wood over firm tannins. A confident, generous red for hearty dinners.
