Tasting notes

Deep garnet. Aromas of blackcurrant, black plum, cedar, tobacco and sweet oak spice. Full-bodied, with softened but still present tannins, balanced acidity and a long, savoury finish.

About this wine

Angel's Estate is located near Nova Zagora in the Thracian Lowlands, and its Deneb line takes its name from one of the brightest stars in the northern sky.

This Cabernet Sauvignon from 2017 is now in its mature phase: blackcurrant, black plum, cedar, tobacco and sweet spice from oak, with a full body and softened but still clear tannins. A generous, classic Bulgarian Cabernet ready to drink.

Serve at 16–18 °C with roast veal, lamb or aged hard cheeses.
