Canard-Duchêne traces its origins to the union of Léonie Duchêne and Victor Canard, and today the house is rooted in the Montagne de Reims. Its Cuvée Brut is the signature wine of the house, the bottle that best expresses its style.

Golden in colour with fine bubbles, it shows fresh fruit typical of the Pinot grapes and a palate where fruit meets a buttery, brioche-like note. Cellar master Laurent Fédou praises its freshness and intensity.
