About this wine

Roses de Jeanne is Cédric Bouchard's small Champagne estate in Celles-sur-Ource, in the Côte des Bar, founded in 2000. His philosophy is simple: one plot, one grape variety, one harvest.

La Haute-Lemblée is born from a parcel of just 0.12 hectares planted with Chardonnay from five different clones, and only a tiny number of bottles is produced each year. It is a rare chance to taste Chardonnay from the Aube expressed with total transparency.

A grower Champagne of great purity and precision, sought after by collectors and sommeliers alike.
