Tasting notes

Pink with orange hues. The nose offers cherry, ripe strawberries and gentle spice. On the palate a creamy fullness meets a lively mousse, and the finish lingers on concentrated red fruit. Serve it well chilled in a white wine glass rather than a flute, so that its vinous depth and aromatic complexity can fully emerge.

About this wine

Franck Pascal is a small grower in Baslieux-sous-Châtillon, in the Vallée de la Marne, who started in 1994 with a plot of Pinot Meunier. Since 2002 the estate has been farmed biodynamically and is certified by Demeter; today the family works about seven hectares.

"Tolérance" is the house rosé, a non-vintage blend of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

It is a vinous, characterful rosé Champagne that reflects the grower's careful, natural approach to the vineyard. Biodynamic farming guides every step, from the vineyard to the cellar.
