Tasting notes

About this wine

Champagne De Sousa is a family grower house in Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, run today by Erick De Sousa and his children. The estate farms its vines biodynamically and is renowned for old-vine Chardonnay from Grand Cru villages.

The Brut Tradition blends 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier and is aged on its lees in the house's cellars in Avize. Chardonnay brings finesse and chalky freshness, while the Pinots add body and red-fruit depth.
