Tasting notes

Bright straw yellow. Ripe yellow apple, pear and citrus on the nose with a gentle creamy note. The palate is fresh and precise, with a smooth, velvety texture, fine minerality and a long, elegant dry finish.

About this wine

Faubel is a family estate in Maikammer, in the Pfalz, whose winemaking history goes back to 1635. Today it is led by Gerd Faubel, and its cellar – one of the deepest in the Pfalz – stays at a constant, cool 15 °C.

The Chardonnay Réserve Trocken 2025 is the result of careful handwork and late harvesting. It shows ripe yellow apple, pear and citrus with a gentle creamy note, a smooth, velvety texture and fine minerality leading to a long finish. The wine is dry, has 12.5% alcohol and is suitable for vegans.

Serve at 10–12 °C with vegetable dishes and white meat.
