Tasting notes

Pale pink with copper highlights. The nose shows ripe peach, white flowers and a hint of Mediterranean herbs. The palate is elegant and textured, with fine acidity, a delicate creaminess from the oak and a long, saline, mineral finish.

About this wine

Inspire is one of the most distinctive cuvées of Château Roubine, a Côtes de Provence Cru Classé estate with more than seven centuries of history. Of its 130 hectares, 72 are planted with 13 grape varieties, all farmed organically.

The 2023 is built on Tibouren (70%), a rare, historic Provençal grape, completed by Mourvèdre, Rolle and Cinsault. Hand-harvested grapes are pneumatically pressed, fermented with natural yeasts and aged for six months in concrete vats and oak barrels.

The result is a gastronomic rosé of finesse and texture, showing just how serious and age-worthy Provence rosé can be.
