Tasting notes

Pale pink with grey reflections. The nose is floral, with hints of white peach. The palate is precise and textured, with peach, lemon and pink grapefruit, fine minerality and a long, saline finish.

About this wine

Lion & Dragon is the premium range of Château Roubine, one of the 23 Côtes de Provence estates classified Cru Classé in 1955. Its 72 hectares of vines, planted with 13 varieties, are farmed organically with biodynamic practices.

The 2023 rosé is led by Grenache (60%) with Tibouren, Mourvèdre, Rolle, Syrah and Cinsault. The grapes are picked at night, briefly macerated, gently pressed and vinified parcel by parcel in concrete vats, then aged for about eight months.
