Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow with greenish glints and a fine, persistent perlage. Aromas of fresh fruit, spring and white flowers, green apple, citrus and peach. The palate is crisp, light and refreshing, with a clean, dry finish.

About this wine

Andreola is a family winery in Farra di Soligo, in the Prosecco hills of Veneto, founded in 1984 by Nazzareno Pola. Alongside its Valdobbiadene DOCG wines, it produces the Bolle line: three fresh, carefree sparkling wines for every day.

The Brut is the driest of the two white Bolle, with 8 g/l of residual sugar. The base wine rests three months in steel, then undergoes its second fermentation in pressure tanks by the Charmat method for 30 to 40 days, followed by one to three months in bottle. Light and lively, it is a perfect aperitif sparkler.
