Tasting notes

Golden with a delicate bead. The nose opens on floral notes of hawthorn and white flowers, followed by toasted bread, marzipan and ripe fruit. The palate unites the freshness of Chardonnay with the creaminess of Pinot in a silky texture and a fruity, harmonious finish.

About this wine

Brut Classic is the first cuvée that Champagne Deutz of Aÿ creates every year and the most authentic expression of the house style. The blend has no fixed recipe: it is rebuilt with each harvest from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and completed with reserve wines from the house library, including Grand Cru Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

The wine ages for around three years in the cellars before release.

It is presented here in a festive Magnum, a format that keeps the wine fresh and lively and makes every celebration more generous.
