Tasting notes

Copper-pink with a fine, persistent bead. The nose shows ripe red fruit, wild strawberry and cherry with hints of spice, toast and dried flowers from long ageing. The palate is dense and structured from the Pinot Noir, lifted by the freshness and finesse of the Chardonnay, with a long, vinous finish.

Dom Pérignon makes only vintage Champagne, and its rosé is the expression of a bold interplay between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with Pinot Noir bringing density and structure and Chardonnay freshness and finesse.

The 2006 vintage is dressed in a limited edition created together with Lady Gaga, with an iridescent bottle and gift box inspired by the movement of a magnetic veil. The series was released in autumn 2021 and has become a collector's rarity.
