Tasting notes

Bright straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. Citrus, apple, white peach and exotic fruit on the nose, with pastry, dried fruit and a mineral touch. Fresh, lively and balanced on the palate, with a pleasant fruity finish.

Cuvée Prestige is the house's signature Franciacorta, blended from close to 200 vineyard plots around Erbusco, mostly Chardonnay with small shares of Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco, together with reserve wines from earlier vintages. It ages about 25 months on the lees and is finished with very low dosage, around 1 g/l.
