Tasting notes

Almond, fruit and pastry notes on the nose. Fresh and lively on the palate, medium-bodied, soft and elegant, with good balance.

About this wine

Sansevé is Monte Rossa's Franciacorta Satèn, made from Chardonnay. Satèn is the Franciacorta style bottled at lower pressure, which gives softer, creamier bubbles.

After the second fermentation in the bottle it ages 24 months on the lees before disgorgement.
