Tasting notes

Pale pink and crystal clear. Fresh aromas of red berries, strawberry and flowers. The palate is lively and creamy with a delicate mousse, citrus accents and an elegant fruity finish.

About this wine

French Cancan is the organic sparkling range of Gérard Bertrand, one of the best-known winemakers in southern France. The rosé version brings together Pinot Noir, Cinsault and Chardonnay, harvested at a precise balance between sugar and acidity.

The journey from vineyard to cellar and the pressing are kept as short as possible to preserve aromatic freshness, and reserve wines collected since 2020 add depth to the blend. The wine then ages for around six months, partly on the lees.

A cheerful, elegant pink sparkler that brings a festive touch to any aperitivo or celebration.
