Tasting notes

Straw yellow with golden hints. Ripe pear, yellow apple and a light toasty, nutty note from the wood. The palate is creamy and elegant, with a round texture, balanced freshness and a smooth, dry finish.

Leider Geil Grauburgunder Reserve Trocken 2025 is a dry Pinot Gris from the Pfalz, from the Leider Geil range bottled for Vicampo in Mainz. The Reserve label reflects a more ambitious approach: extended ageing on the lees followed by further maturation in wooden barrels.

The result is a creamy, elegant white with 12.5% alcohol and a dry profile. It has been awarded a gold medal by Gilbert & Gaillard.

Serve at 10–12 °C with vegetable dishes and white meat.
