Tasting notes

Golden straw yellow. Ripe yellow fruit, quince and the classic white-pepper spice of Grüner Veltliner on the nose. The palate is powerful and concentrated, with juicy fruit, mineral depth and a long, dry, peppery finish.

R&A Pfaffl Grüner Veltliner "Max" Reserve 2025 is the top Grüner Veltliner of the family estate in Stetten, in Austria's Weinviertel, made from the best grapes of the best soil layers. Pfaffl was named Austria's best producer by Mundus Vini for the sixth time in 2025 and holds four Falstaff stars.

Yellow fruit, fine peppery spice and mineral notes define this dry, powerful Reserve with 14% alcohol.
