Tasting notes

Deep straw yellow with a very fine, persistent perlage. The nose shows mature Chardonnay notes that develop into vanilla, almond paste, hazelnut, hay and flint. Very dry and direct on the palate, with firm structure.

About this wine

Cuvée Extra Brut is Pojer e Sandri's traditional-method sparkling wine from Trentino, a blend of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Nero.

After the second fermentation in the bottle it rests 36 months on its lees before disgorgement, and it is finished without dosage. The result is a very dry, structured sparkling wine that works through a whole meal.
