Toso is an Italian sparkling wine house, and its Millesimato is a Prosecco DOC, the famous appellation of north-eastern Italy built on the Glera grape.

As a millesimato, it is made from grapes of a single harvest. Like most Prosecco, it gains its bubbles through a second fermentation in pressurised tanks, a method that preserves the fresh, fruity aromas of the grape.
