Tasting notes

Pink with amber reflections. The nose reveals wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry, with rose petals and a light touch of black pepper. The palate is juicy, with strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant balanced by peach and a fresh, minty finish.

About this wine

Rosé Impérial is the rosé Champagne of Moët & Chandon's core range, from the house founded in Épernay in 1743. Pinot Noir leads the blend and gives it fruity intensity, freshness and an expressive character.

Pinot Noir makes up 40-50% of the blend, alongside Pinot Meunier (30-40%) and Chardonnay (10-20%), with 20-30% reserve wines adding depth. A dosage of 7 g/l keeps it fresh and balanced, making it as comfortable at the dinner table as it is as an aperitif.
