Tasting notes

Straw yellow with green highlights. The nose opens with green apple, citrus and white flowers, followed by brioche and fresh nuts. On the palate pear, white peach and apple are carried by fine, lively bubbles, leading to a fresh, clean and elegant finish.

About this wine

Founded in Épernay in 1743, Moët & Chandon is one of the most famous Champagne houses in the world. The name "Impérial" honours Napoleon, who awarded Jean-Rémy Moët the Legion of Honour.

The blend brings together more than 100 different wines from around 280 crus, with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay in similar proportions and 20–30% reserve wines adding depth and consistency.
