Tasting notes

Brilliant straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is floral and fruity, with white flowers, citrus, green apple and peach. The palate is crisp and dry, with a creamy mousse, refreshing acidity and a clean, fruity finish.

About this wine

Borgo Molino was founded in 1922 in Roncadelle di Ormelle, in the Veneto, and is today run by the third generation of the Nardin family.

Motivo comes from Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG, a small appellation of roughly 2,000 hectares of hillside vineyards around the town of Asolo. It is made from Glera grapes of the 2025 harvest and finished in a dry Brut style, as a vintage-dated Millesimato.

Brilliant straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles, it combines floral and fruity freshness with a crisp, clean finish, making it an elegant aperitif and a versatile partner for light dishes throughout the meal.
