Tasting notes

Pale lemon with green reflections. Green apple, pear and citrus on the nose, with a white-flower note. The palate is light and dry, with brisk acidity, modest weight and a clean, slightly mineral finish. Easy and refreshing.

About this wine

Moulin de Gassac is the affordable range from Mas de Daumas Gassac, made with fruit from growers across the Hérault and vinified near Aniane.

Classic Blanc blends Grenache Blanc with Terret, an old Languedoc variety valued for its low alcohol and firm acidity. The grapes are pressed whole and fermented cool in stainless steel, with no malolactic fermentation and no wood, to keep the wine crisp.

It is an unpretentious southern white of the kind that disappears quickly at a summer table.
