Tasting notes

Straw yellow. The nose is broad and harmonious, with yellow flowers, tropical fruit and light muscat nuances. The palate is soft and enveloping, with a creamy texture from the lees balanced by freshness, and a very long, pleasant finish.

About this wine

Iselis Nasco is a dry white from Argiolas made with Nasco, an ancient Sardinian variety that was traditionally used for sweet wines and is rarely found in dry form. The grapes grow on marl and limestone soils in the hills near Serdiana.

A cold maceration on the skins extracts the aromatic richness of the grape, and the wine then matures on its noble lees, which gives it softness and breadth without losing freshness.

Straw yellow in colour, it opens with yellow flowers, tropical fruit and a light muscat nuance, followed by a soft, enveloping palate and a very long, pleasant finish, making it one of the most original whites of the island.
