Vidin Gamza Popska Pear Rakia is a boutique fruit brandy made from the wild Popska pear variety from the lands of Radul village.

The fruit is harvested at technological maturity for the most intense and clean aroma during fermentation. The rakia is double-distilled in a column still and aged for 24 months in small oak barrels.

It has a natural fruity character and delicate oak softness; a noble sediment or slight haze may appear when chilled.
