Tasting notes

Pale straw. Fruity and spicy aromas of pear, apple and a hint of white pepper. Fruity, elegant and fresh on the palate, with a complete, clean finish.

About this wine

Volpe Pasini is a historic Friuli estate with a villa dating from 1596 in Togliano di Torreano and 52 hectares of vineyards on the hills of Togliano and Prepotto.

Grivò is their Pinot Grigio, made with a minimal amount of sulfites to preserve a pure expression of the variety. It ferments in temperature-controlled steel and then matures in bottle. Around 140,000 bottles are produced, and the wine keeps its freshness for three to four years.
