Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow. The nose is fruity, with ripe pear and orchard fruit and light spicy notes. The palate is fresh, elegant and well rounded, with balanced acidity and a clean, pleasantly persistent finish.

About this wine

Volpe Pasini is one of the oldest wineries in north-eastern Italy, located in Friuli. "Grivò" is its Pinot Grigio from the Volpe Pasini line, conceived as a fresh and elegant white for every occasion and every palate.

The wine is made by white vinification in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, with a very low level of sulphur dioxide, an approach that keeps the fruit clean and precise.

With 13% alcohol, it is a well-rounded, versatile Pinot Grigio that shows the freshness and finesse of Friulian white wines.
