Tasting notes

Bright ruby. Cherry and raspberry layered with forest floor, sweet spice and a touch of oak. Silky and elegant on the palate, with fine tannins and a long, savoury finish.

Edoardo Miroglio is the Italian winemaker who proved that Pinot Noir can work in Bulgaria: his estate near Nova Zagora is best known for this very grape.

The EM Special Reserve is the top of the range – aged in oak, with cherry, raspberry, forest floor and spice over fine tannins. Serve at 14–16 °C with duck, mushroom dishes or aged cheese.
