Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is fruity and floral, dominated by yellow apple with hints of pear, acacia and wisteria. The palate is dry, delicate and well balanced, with crisp acidity, a creamy mousse and a pleasantly long, clean finish of apple and citrus.

About this wine

Argeo is the Prosecco of Ruggeri, the historic house of Valdobbiadene, made from grapes grown in the province of Treviso at the foot of the first slopes of the Dolomites. It is a Brut built on Glera, the native variety of the area, with a small share of other local white grapes.

The base wine is obtained without skin contact at controlled temperature, and the second fermentation takes place slowly in large closed tanks according to the Charmat method, preserving the fresh fruit and floral aromas. The wine carries the VeganOK certification.

With fine, persistent bubbles and a dry, delicate palate, Argeo is an easy, versatile Prosecco for aperitivo and everyday celebrations.
