Golden, aromatic Muscat rakia: peach and Muscat blossom meet toasted almonds and a hint of truffle from five years in Bulgarian oak. Smooth and multi-layered, with a long, elegant finish.

About this wine

Alambik is made from 100% hand-picked whole bunches of Muscat Ottonel, turned into wine and then distilled and aged for at least five years exclusively in Bulgarian oak barrels.

Black Sea Gold in Pomorie is the only place in South-East Europe where rakia is distilled in an original French alambic-type copper still, with pear-shaped dephlegmators – a design regarded as a classic reference.

Peach, toasted almonds and truffle unfold in a long, multi-layered finish.
