Tasting notes

Fresh aromas of apple, citrus and white peach. The palate is juicy and lively, with bright fruit, fresh Rheingau acidity and fine minerality, finishing light, crisp and dry.

About this wine

Weingut Dillmann is a family estate in Geisenheim, in the Rheingau, rated 3.5 stars by Vinum; Falstaff writes that its wines "convey a sense of place in a wonderfully harmonious way". Rakete – "rocket" – is its lively, modern Riesling.

The 2025 is juicy and fresh, with aromas of apple, citrus and peach and a palate of juicy fruit, fresh acidity and fine minerality. It is dry and light, with 11% alcohol, and won a gold medal at the Berlin Wine Trophy.

Serve at 8–10 °C with fish and seafood.
