Tasting notes

Bright pink colour. The nose shows citrus and grapefruit, rose petals and ripe red berries. The palate is fresh and lively with a fine, creamy mousse, leading to a dry-tasting, persistent finish. Lively and cheerful, it shows its best in the large format.

About this wine

Andreola is a family winery in Farra di Soligo, founded in 1984 by Nazzareno Pola in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills. The rosé of the Bollè line is made from Incrocio Manzoni 13.0.25, a cross of Raboso Piave and Muscat of Hamburg, grown at around 150 metres above sea level in the province of Treviso.

Its colour comes from a brief contact with the skins in the press. The base wine rests three months in steel, then undergoes a second fermentation in pressure tanks (Charmat method) for 30-40 days before one to three months in bottle.

Bright, fruity and festive, this 1.5-litre magnum is made for celebrations and generous aperitifs.
