Rubin 2022 from Downtown Urban Winery in Sliven, made from Bulgaria's own crossing of Nebbiolo and Syrah with minimal intervention in the cellar.

Medium-intense ruby, with red fruit – cherry and sour cherry – green walnut and smoked meat on the nose. The palate balances acidity and sweetness, with taut yet juicy tannins and red jammy fruit and dry spices. Serve at 16 °C.
