Tasting notes

Very clear pale straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. Fresh and soft on the palate, with a savoury base and a pleasantly aromatic finish.

About this wine

Morbìn is Ruggeri's easy-drinking sparkling wine, made by the Italian (tank) method from a blend of white grapes grown on the first foothills of the Dolomites, in the north of the province of Treviso.

The grapes are vinified off the skins at a controlled 18 °C, then the second fermentation takes place slowly in large closed tanks at 16 °C. With about 13 g/l of residual sugar it is an Extra Dry: fresh, soft and made for sharing.
